Our program offers advocacy, assistance with navigating the system, and connections to vital community resources to help families during challenging times.

At the Family Navigator – Partners with Families Program, we are committed to empowering families by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to effectively engage with the juvenile justice system. We aim to bridge gaps in system processes and advocate for improvements that benefit youth and their families.
Who We Help
This program is designed for parents and caregivers of youth who are currently involved with the juvenile justice system in Monmouth County. Whether your child is facing legal challenges, has been referred by a court, or is part of a juvenile justice program, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Comprehensive Support and Advocacy

How to Get Involved
Join Our Focus Groups
We believe that the best way to improve the juvenile justice system is by listening to those who are directly impacted by it. We invite parents and caregivers to join our focus groups, where you can share your experiences, provide feedback, and help us advocate for meaningful changes.
Eligibility and Referrals
The Family Navigator – Partners with Families Program is available to Monmouth County families with children involved in the juvenile justice system. Referrals are typically made through the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County’s Family Crisis Intervention Unit (FCIU), but we welcome direct inquiries as well.
