Housing Navigation prioritizes and assists homeless individuals and families in obtaining permanent housing, serving as a point of exit from homelessness.
Eligibility
Individuals must be 18 years of age or older who satisfy the criteria for homelessness as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Clients are referred by the Central Intake Agency, homeless shelters, or MHA’s PATH program.
