MENTAL WELLNESS: BY THE NUMBERS
In 2019, Housing Navigation received 876 referrals, performed 669 assessments, and admitted 669 individuals and families.
Individuals must be 18 years of age or older who satisfy the criteria for homelessness as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Clients are referred by the Central Intake Agency, homeless shelters, or MHA’s PATH program.
