Mental health can be difficult and pursuing treatment even more so, but emotional and behavioral concerns are normal; we don’t have to experience them alone. When we talk openly about the stressors affecting us, we can reduce the symptoms interfering with our daily lives. With the same skill and attention found in private practice, our licensed counselors use trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment methods to address mental health concerns.
For the health and safety of our clients, we’re now offering telehealth services so access to treatment goes uninterrupted.
MENTAL WELLNESS: BY THE NUMBERS
In 2019, our outpatient program, Navigate Wellness Counseling, grew exponentially. Seventy-six new clients were admitted to the program, and 100% reported feeling less sad. With each new client, there was only 48 hours from the initial intake session to the first appointment.
ELIGIBILITY
Navigate Wellness Counseling is available to Monmouth County children, youth, and adults.
Medicare, Medicaid, Out-of-Network (OON), cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
