Our program offers intensive family case management and advocacy services to families involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P).
Case managers deliver, refer, or provide services in the following areas:
- Mental health
- Housing
- Education
- Legal
- Financial
- Family / social
Eligibility
Referrals to our program are accepted through the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, the primary child protection and welfare agency within the New Jersey Department of Children and Families.
