About Betsy Jean
Board Member
Betsy Jean is an experienced program manager with over a decade of expertise in managing and evaluating programs, particularly in the field of disability services. Her career includes a notable tenure at Easter Seals New Jersey, where she managed multiple programs statewide, developed innovative strategies to increase community engagement, and collaborated with stakeholders to address local needs.
Currently, Betsy is a therapist at Oasis Wellness Group, where she provides mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She is adept at developing comprehensive treatment plans and implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Her previous experience includes working with Developmental Disabilities Health Partners, where she managed caseloads and conducted psychosocial assessments.
Betsy holds a Master’s degree from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University. She is also working towards her PMP certification. Outside of her professional work, Betsy is an active Worship Leader at her church, where she further develops her leadership, public speaking, and project management skills.
