Amid the COVID-19 coronavirus, the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County is committed to providing our clients therapeutic services that meet the needs of our community while being compliant with the current mandated protocols of social distancing. It is our goal to provide the safest and most sensitive services at this time. Navigate Wellness Counseling is now transitioning from in-person counseling to telehealth.
Accomplished by two-way interactive video communications and/or by the electronic transmission of information, referred to as ‘telehealth.” Telehealth psychotherapy may include mental health evaluation, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, and therapy.
Please note you must be physically located in the State of New Jersey to receive telehealth treatment.

NAVIGATE WELLNESS COUNSELING
Emotional or behavioral challenges are normal occurrences, but it’s important to recognize we don’t have to experience them alone. When we understand how stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, or difficult relationships have a negative impact on our mental wellness, we can begin to create helpful, healthy lifestyle choices that allow us to improve our quality of life.
First Consultation: What to Expect
At Navigate Wellness Counseling, our process is collaborative. We know our clients are the experts of their life experiences, and we believe our role is to help them.
